Abstract
Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). DDT-related substances, hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) and hexachlorobenzene (HCB) were analysed in female perch (Perca fiuviatilis) collected in August and September 1999 in Matsalu Bay (Baltic Sea). Concentrations of all halogenated compounds were very low and notably lower than threshold values reported by FAO/WHO guidelines.
